About the Online Induction

In 2015, Specsavers Commissioned Sponge UK to create an onboarding module that could be used across the business

Sponge created A non-responsive, non-bilingual module.

In 2017 I joined Specsavers, and as my first project was asked to modify and update the onboarding module so that it could be used across the multiple territories that Specsavers occupied.

The Focus was to create something that was completely Responsive and could be used in each territory, I suggested we use Articulate Rise.

The other benefit to using rise was the fact that I could customise the CSS of the module upon export, this gave me the ability to add and remove elements, alter colours and styles.
